GOM Atos Q – Quality Starts with Q

We are pleased to present our new GOM Atos Q 3D scanning system from Zeiss. It is extremely versatile and ready to take on any challenge.
The ATOS Q’s interchangeable lenses ensure high-precision measurements of small to medium-sized components in exceptionally short measurement times.

The ATOS Q 3D scanner captures quality information with a high level of detail in a very short time, thereby providing a reliable basis for data analysis. The triple-scan principle makes it ideal for measuring reflective surfaces and objects with irregularities. The Blue Light Equalizer increases the brightness of the light source and delivers uniform, speckle-free light to the projection unit.

The outstanding performance of the ATOS Q 3D scanner is also due to its Blue Light Equalizer and its extremely fast data processing. The Blue Light Equalizer enables high-speed fringe projection and is so powerful that short measurement times can be achieved even on uncooperative surfaces. Industrial connections featuring optical fibers and rugged connectors enable high data throughput.

Of course, we use the appropriate software for this— ZEISS INSPECT Pro.
